Giving us a glimpse at some of the Nike KD 8 launch colorways to come, watch this video as Kevin Durant explains in detail some of the inspiration behind the first five KD 8 releases that are set to launch this season through September.
While the Nike KD 8 “4th of July” is inspired by Durant’s family gatherings during the Fourth of July festivities, the all-red Nike KD 8 “V8” that’s scheduled to drop on July 11 reflects his love for Camaro cars. Also included in the first five KD 8 launch colorways are the KD 8 “Hunt’s Hill Sunrise” and “Hunt’s Hill Night” releases which revisit Durant’s workouts during his younger years, as well as the Nike KD 8 “Suit” that’s based on his emotional MVP speech.
